All Event Reports are due to Motorcycling Victoria no later than 5 days after the Event.
With this in mind Motorcycling Victoria, encourage Officials, who do not use the online form, to scan and email reports to avoid any time delays in processing.
Please Note: Any Injury Reports are due to Motorcycling Victoria within 24 hours of the event, or the next busness day. Any injury classified as “Serious” need to be actioned immediately. They should be submitted to Motorcycling Australia and Motorcycling Victoria, and followed up with a phone call to the Motorcycling Victoria CEO.
Coaches are required to use the Non-Competition Event Reports below.
