Motorcycling Victoria – Venue & Track Licensing
Track/Venue License Process:
Upon receiving the completed Track Licence Application form, Motorcycling Victoria team will organise a venue inspection, with one of the License Venue Inspectors.
The Venue Inspector will organise a suitable time to visit and inspect the venue in reference to the Motorcycling Australia Venue Guidelines. The will then submit a detailed report and photos back to the Motorcycling Victoria team for processing.
A Venue License will be issued once the track has been successfully signed off as meeting all of the applicable Venue Guidelines for that track.
The current Venue License must be on display at the track and visible for all who attend.
Club Committees who manage a Venue or Track, are responsible for understanding the MA Venue Guidelines, and their responsibility to maintain the standards laid out in the guidelines.
