Motorcycling Victoria is run and managed by a Board who meet on the last Wednesday of every month at Motorcycling Victoria's office to implement policies and discuss issues which may have arisen, and to continue to develop and promote the sport of motorcycling.

The Board also tends to the needs of the Motorcycling Victoria members, and attends General Meetings.

MV's General Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of February, April, June, August, October and December at Newport-Braybrook MCC, Cnr Cullen Street & The Avenue, Spotswood. Each General Meeting will commence at 7.30pm.

The Annual General Meeting is held on a date to be announced to all members.
