JO REILLY

Interim President

Jo was elected to the Motorcycling Victoria Board in May 2025 and currently serves as Deputy Chair and President, acting as Chair. She brings extensive experience in brand-led growth, strategy and governance across regulated and member-based organisations, alongside a lifelong connection to motorcycling.
With more than two decades in senior leadership roles, Jo specialises in sustainable growth, stakeholder engagement and strategic transformation. Most recently, she held executive leadership roles at AustralianSuper, leading enterprise brand, marketing and member growth during a period of significant scale and regulatory change.
Jo holds director roles across not-for-profit and member-based organisations and brings a strong focus on governance, risk oversight and stakeholder engagement. She is committed to purpose-led decision-making that delivers long-term community impact.
A rider since her teenage years, she is passionate about strengthening participation and supporting grassroots clubs and ensuring motorcycling remains accessible for future generations.
Jo holds a Bachelor of Arts (Public Relations), a Master of Marketing, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

 

AARON DREW

Aaron was appointed to the Motorcycling Victoria Board in July 2021 and served as Chair from August 2023 till December 2025. He brings over 20 years of experience in the ICT and Telecommunications sectors, leading teams of technical consultants across complex infrastructure and building services projects.
Aaron’s professional background directly strengthens the Board across three key capability areas. His experience managing large-scale technical programs informs sound strategic planning, while his deep industry expertise supports the Board’s capacity in technology and innovation. Leading client-facing consulting teams has developed strong skills in stakeholder engagement, enabling effective communication across member groups, regulators and community partners.
In governance, Aaron has served as Treasurer of BICSI South Pacific, contributed to Standards Australia committees CT-001 and QT-001, and completed governance training through the Australian Sports Commission.
A rider since childhood, Aaron has competed at state level in Superbike events and brings more than 20 years of genuine connection to the sport.
Aaron holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

 

BELINDA MOLONEY

Belinda Moloney was elected to the Motorcycling Victoria Board in June 2022 and currently serves as Chair of the MV Constitution Uplift Committee.

Belinda brings more than two decades of experience across higher education, information technology, NFP and local government sectors. She has led complex reform and governance initiatives, including constitutional review processes, regulatory compliance oversight and large-scale stakeholder engagement programs. Her professional background demonstrates capability in strategic planning, financial stewardship and risk management within highly regulated, member-based environments. Belinda’s experience overseeing major public budgets and capital works programs as a former elected local Councillor strengthens the Board’s approach to accountability, long-term planning and community engagement.

She is a graduate of the AICD company director’s course and holds a Doctor of Philosophy, Graduate Certificate of Teaching and Learning, and a Bachelor of Information Technology (Honours).

A former national-level athlete and current multiple-sport competitor, Belinda is a keen motorcyclist, passionate about increasing women’s participation in racing and supporting inclusive, sustainable pathways into Victorian motorcycle racing.

 

JUSTIN MELLERICK

Justin Mellerick was elected to the Motorcycling Victoria Board in 2023. He brings extensive experience in construction operations and asset management, alongside long-standing involvement in motorcycle racing.
Since 2005, Justin has owned and operated a plumbing business specialising in drainage and site works within the heavy and civil engineering construction sector. Leading complex civil projects, he brings practical expertise in asset lifecycle management, project oversight and occupational health and safety within high-risk environments. This experience strengthens the Board’s capability in infrastructure governance and operational risk management.
Having competed across both Road Racing and Dirt disciplines, Justin brings strong motorsport and operational knowledge, including an understanding of venue requirements, competition pathways and participant expectations.
His combination of commercial leadership and lived sport experience supports practical, informed decision-making and the long-term sustainability of motorcycling in Victoria.

 

 

ROHIT MALHOTRA (RAJ)

Mr Rohit Malhotra is an experienced senior executive, legal practitioner, and board director with substantial expertise in financial and risk management across government, regulatory, and higher education sectors.

As current CEO of (Marasi Education t/as) The Victorian School of Commerce and formerly The Holistic Healing Company, and as a board member for multiple higher education start-ups, he has held responsibility for corporate governance, strategic leadership, and oversight of financial operations.

Mr Malhotra has guided risk and audit subcommittees, provided expert advice on regulatory compliance, and led the implementation of risk management frameworks in complex environments including the Adult Parole Board of Victoria and the Victorian Commission for Gambling & Liquor Regulation.

His roles have encompassed decision making, budget oversight, resource management, and the development of policies and procedures to ensure fiscal responsibility and mitigate organisational risk.

Mr. Mr Malhotra holds an Executive Masters of Public Administration from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia further supporting his capacity for high-level financial and risk governance.

 

WAYNE McKAY

Wayne was elected to the board in May 2025 and currently serves as a director and a member of the Finance and Risk Committee.

He is an experienced executive and board leader with more than 40 years’ experience across the automotive, defence, health and packaging sectors. With a background in both mechanical engineering and business, he brings strong capability in strategic oversight, financial management and organisational growth. He is recognised for building high performing teams and for his commitment to effective governance, risk and project management.

Wayne has also held senior governance and community leadership roles, including Chair of Heathcote Tourism and Development, Chair of the Heathcote Hospital board, and Community Representative for the Murray Primary Health Network.

He is passionate about motorcycling as both a rider and an active participant in the sport. Currently he is a member of the Veteran Racing Motorcyclist Association of Victoria which both promotes and supports past and emerging motorcycle racers and teams.
