MOTORCYCLING Australia’s Tear-Off Rule will be officially exempt at the third round of the 2017 Victorian Junior Motocross Championships at the Rosebud Motorcycle Club this weekend, June 10-11.
The tear-off rule will still apply to all other events in Victoria.
