MV’s Inclusion and Committees Manager Peta Thomas said: “We are excited to have Matti on board to add another great component to the program.”
Through evaluation of the 2015 Women Take the Lead program it was highlighted that a session on resilience would be beneficial.
“I had the pleasure of meeting Matti and saw her present on resilience last year and think it will be a great addition. Resilience is essential for any leader male or female in the changing environment of motorcycling. We hope we can equip our future female leaders with the tools they need to take the next step,” Peta added.
