COVID UPDATE – RESTRICTIONS TO EASE IN REGIONAL VICTORIA
Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews has announced that Restrictions will ease in Regional Victoria from 11:59pm tonight (09.08.2021)
With no primary close contacts or exposure sites added in Regional Victoria, there are now no longer only 5 reasons to leave your home.
Regional Victorians are asked to be vigilant in getting tested immediately if they have symptoms, to ensure that any cases are caught as quickly as possible.
Although restrictions will ease in Regional Victoria, residents in Melbourne will remain under the restrictions set in place last week.
An updated and easy to reference Table of Restrictions can be downloaded HERE
Information on how permitted events will be affected will be updated later this week, when we know more about Melbourne’s restrictions, and if they will ease as planned.
