Motorcycling Victoria currently employs six staff at its Port Melbourne Office, with a further three staff members at the State Motorcycle Sports Complex at Broadford.

Andrew Weiss

Andrew Weiss joined Motorcycling Victoria as the CEO in May 2010, and will be responsible for the strategic direction of motorcycing in Victoria and ensuring future growth for the sport. Andrew has a Bachelor of Arts (Public Relations) and a Master of Business (Sport Management).
Previous to joining MV, Andrew worked at Motorcycling Australia as its Operations Manager.
Paul Bray
Sport & Development Manager

Paul Bray joined Motorcycling Victoria as the Sport & Development Manager in June 2012, and will be responsible for coaching, officials, club development and working with the MV team to grow women's participation.
Previous to joining MV, Paul has had extensive management experience and has been involved in motorcycling since he began riding and competing when he was 7-years-old and has competed in most two-wheel off-road disciplines. He has also been involved in running state and national events for a number of years.
Barbara Furlong
Manager - Administration

Barbara Furlong joined Motorcycling Victoria back in 1996 as the Administration Officer and has held that role ever since. During that time Barbara has seen MV change quite considerably as we have slowly moved to a larger company. In her role Barbara is responsible for the main administration tasks of the Office, which includes looking after all permit enquiries.
Previous to joining MV Barbara worked at the Education Department for a number of years.
Lily Liu

Lily Liu manages all finance-related matters for MV. Before joining MV in August, Lily worked as an Accountant at The Chartered Accountants for five years.
She graduated from Monash University with a Masters in Professional Accounting, and is also a qualified member of CPA Australia.
Peta Thomas
Manager - Female Participation Program

Peta Thomas joined Motorcycling Victoria in September 2011 as the manager for the Female Participation Program. She will be responsible for encouraging, promoting and developing opportunities for females to participate more actively throughout the sport across Victoria.
Previous to joining MV Peta worked at the Confederation of Australian Motorsport (CAMS) in Customer Service & Historic Vehicles. She is a qualified automotive mechanic and is an active official in motorsport.
Ryan Fritz
Communications Officer

Ryan Fritz joined MV in October 2010 and will be responsible for the communications and assist in the publicity of Motorcycling Victoria. Ryan has a Bachelor of Arts (Media & Communications).
Previous to joining MV, Ryan was a Media & Communications Officer at RESULTS International (Australia).
Misty Walton

Misty Walton will be responsible for the management, development, and child participation in the MotorSafe Program within primary schools around Victoria.
Previous to joining MV, Misty worked for 2 years in the events department at Crown Casino Melbourne. She is also completing her undergraduate degree in psychology.
Mark Vallance

Mark joined MV in January 2013 and has completed degrees in Sport & Recreation Management and Business (Marketing) from Victoria University.
He has experience working at the top level of Australian sport, having assisted the Melbourne Tigers of the National Basketball League, during his university studies.
De'Arne Mirabilio

De'Arne Mirabilio recently joined MV in January 2013 as the Customer Service Office through AFL Sports Ready for a Certificate III in Business. De'Arne's role is to manage most customer service, licensing and other administrative tasks.
Broadford
Motorcycling Victoria also employs three staff members at the State Motorcycle Sports Complex to oversee the day-to-day running of the Complex and to ensure that it maintained and kept in the best condition possible.
