MOTORCYCLING Victoria would like to welcome its new Sport & Development Manager, Paul Bray, to the team.

Paul's role will have him involved in most aspects of the sport of motorcycling, focusing on a number of key areas and supporting initiatives around improving participation and communication.

He will be working closely with each discipline of the sport and hopes to add value to coaching, officials, club development and working with the MV team to grow women's participation.

Paul has been involved in motorcycling since he began riding and competing when he was 7-years-old growing up on a dairy farm in Shepparton, and has competed in most two-wheel off-road disciplines.

He has also been involved in running state and national events for a number of years.

"I have a proefessional background in sales and marketing as well as in business development, which should help me support and bring together the key values riders, Clubs, manufacturers, and Councils hold close so they can enjoy the world on two-wheels," Paul said.
