The Red Bull Race Off is a new exhibition race format where the six Red Bull athletes will compete head to head during the 2012 Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix this coming weekend.
 
Crump will compete against F1 legend David Coultard, a winner of 13 Formula One races, Supercar ace Rick Kelly, Freestyle Motocross star Robbie Maddison and New Zealander “Mad Mike” Whiddett a pro drifting specialist.
 
“I am looking forward to the challenge and trying to be on the same pace as Coultard and Kelly in particular.” said Jason, who has been doing some private practice with good friend Paul Morris from Paul Morris Motorsport on the Gold Coast.
 
“I jumped at the opportunity when I was approached and immediately contacted Paul (Morris) to give me a bit of tuition so I don’t embarrass myself.  It will be fun to drive alongside these guys.”
 
The Red Bull Race Off starts with Practice on Thursday 15th March with qualifying on Saturday and the Race Off on Sunday before the main event.
