The Geelong MXC today announced that it will host a one-day Arena Cross style event at Skilled Stadium the day following Chad Reed's Super X at the same venue.

With Chad Reed's Super X already scheduled to take place on October 25th, the announcement of a one-day Arena Cross on October 26th will ensure that Geelong is the place to be in late October for motorcycle enthusiasts.

The Geelong MXC in conjunction with the City of Greater Geelong and Global Action Sports will stage the event, the first time the AFL ground will be used for an such purposes.

5000 tonnes of dirt will be bought in to transform the ground into the fastest and most demanding track on the Super X calendar and will ensure the Arena Cross the following day is an event not to be missed for any Motocross rider in Victoria.
