2014 Elite Camp Presenters
Stephen Mion, Director of FitMoto and Bulleen Health & Fitness will be the fitness trainer and nutritional specialist for the Elite Rider Training Camp.
Stephen has spent time in Europe working in the Moto 2 and Moto 3 circuit before returning to Australia and helping our riders reach the top of the sport in our own country.
Some of the riders that FitMoto have worked with include Jed Metcher, Glenn Scott, Hudson Pitt and Adrian Nestorovic.
Stephen and FitMoto have also held Rider Training Camps at Bulleen Health & Fitness over the past couple of years.
“We aim to bring to the camp a clear direction and education on physical training and nutrition derived from our previous years of working with riders in the Moto 2, Moto 3, Superbike, Supersport, IDM, BSB, ASBK and Malaysian Championship paddocks.”
Lee Hogan will be providing the riders with information regarding how to present themselves to the media, how to create sponsorship proposals, how to write press releases and generally how to conduct themselves in a professional manner off the bike.
Lee is extremely well known within the motorcycle sport community having been in the industry for over 25 years, including over 18 years of coaching experience.
As a TV Host/Presenter and a Race Commentator, he knows how to speak and conduct himself when in the media.

Jacqui Louder will be the Sports Psychologist presenting at the Elite Rider Training Camp.
The psychological side of sport looks at the following things:
- Race Day Preparation
- Race Day Routines
- Handling Pressure/Anxiety/Nerves
- Controlling Our Thinking
- Coping with Success/Failure
- Coping with the Circuit
- Psychological Recovery from Injury
Jacqui has worked with a large number of top sporting organisations including tennis Australia, North Melbourne Football Club and the Victorian Institute of Sport.
She has currently been working with motorcycle riders for the past eight years and has been travelling on the MX and SX circuit with the ‘RaceSafe’ Medical team for the past five years.
Tim Cole will be the presenter for Injury Prevention and Physiology during the Elite Rider Training Camp.
Tim currently works with KTM Australia as an Exercise Physiologist and is responsible for the conditioning of Motocross, Supercross, Enduro and Desert Athletes.
During 2009 he was the Exercise Physiologist for the Australian Enduro Team for the World Championships in Europe.
He is also called upon to conduct AIS Elite Development Camps as part of Motorcycling Australia’s development initiative.
